Ingredients: Khurma Khushk, Fufal, Majeet, Sheer-e-Gao, Maghz-e-Badam Shireen Biryan, Nishasta-e-Gandum Biryan , Samagh-e-Arabi Biryan, Aarad-e-Moong, Raughan Zard Qand Safaid, Khar-e-Khasak Khurd, Samagh-e-Dhak , Maghz-e-Narjeel Khushk, Salab Misri, Darchini Qaranful, Heel Khurd, Zanjabeel Jauzbuwa, Gul-a-Supari, Gul-e-Pista, Post-e-Mughilan, Post-e-Sankhaholi, Zatran, Sodium Benzoate

Dosage: 5-10 g morning and evening with milk.
